  • Butter 8 oz
  • Roasted Almonds 1 cup
  • Cream 4 oz
  • Eggs 2
  • Cooking chocolate 8 oz
  • Vanilla 1/2 tsp
  • Caster Sugar 2 oz
  • Sooper Biscuits 8 oz

Cooking Directions

  1. Melt butter along with the cooking chocolate in a heat-proof bowl on a water bath till smooth.

  2. Now beat eggs and sugar along with vanilla essence.

  3. Pour in melted chocolate and butter and beat well using a hand beater for 2 minutes.

  4. Then fold in the cream, add the crushed roasted almonds and biscuits and combine well.

  5. Set in a spring form tin and Refrigerate till firm.

  6. Top it with whipped cream and serve!
