Heat 2 tbsp ghee.
Fry cumin seeds, aniseed, mustard and asafoetida.
Then add mango slices.
Add other dry ingredients.
Cook for a few minutes.
Add sugar and 1, 1/2 cups water.
Cook on medium heat till well blended and thick.
Serve with rice or chapatis.
