Crab Soup

Wash crabs, then boil crabs with 2 jug of water, carrot, spring onions, star anise, cinnamon leaves, garlic cloves and salt for 4 hour’s.

Strain the juice, when it gets boiled.

After this add olive oil in a pan to make garlic beghar.

Put it into the soup with corn flour to thick the soup.

Then at a same time add crushed black pepper, meat of crabs and salt, mix it well.

In the end garnished with coriander and crabs meat and serve it.

Crab Soup is ready.
