Ingredients

  • Crabs 2-3
  • Star Anise 2-3
  • Boiled Meat Of Crabs 1cup
  • Carrot 1
  • Cinnamon 2-3
  • Spring Onions 2-3
  • Garlic 8-10 cloves
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2tsp
  • Olive Oil 2tbsp
  • Corn Flour 2-3tbsp
  • Chinese salt as required
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash crabs, then boil crabs with 2 jug of water, carrot, spring onions, star anise, cinnamon leaves, garlic cloves and salt for 4 hour’s.

  2. Strain the juice, when it gets boiled.

  3. After this add olive oil in a pan to make garlic beghar.

  4. Put it into the soup with corn flour to thick the soup.

  5. Then at a same time add crushed black pepper, meat of crabs and salt, mix it well.

  6. In the end garnished with coriander and crabs meat and serve it.

  7. Crab Soup is ready.
