Make syrup with coffee, water and caster sugar, keep aside.
Cut brownies into half horizontally and soaked with coffee liquid.
Beat the cream cheese with remaining coffee until smooth.
Melt chocolate with milk and cool.
Whip the cream add vanilla essence, fold in cooled chocolate mixture into the cheese mixture and finally fold in the whipped cream.
Layer brownies, fruits and chocolate mixture in individual transparent glasses, chill for 2 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle off coffee.
