Classic italian dessert is a unique sweet dish, it's cheesy and creamy rich taste is utter delicious with strawberry chunks in every layer. Serve this dessert in crystal glass bowl for a yummy look and great impression on your special guests.

Ingredients

Cream cheese 250 gm
Icing sugar ½ cup
Fresh cream 125 gm (whipped)
Water ¼ cup
Coffee powder 2 tsp
Strawberries 1 cup
Plain biscuits 1 packet
Cocoa powder as required

Cooking Directions

Beat cream cheese and icing sugar. Fold in the cream.
Combine water and coffee powder and keep aside.
In a serving dish, place the biscuits on the base and soak them with the coffee water.
Top with cream cheese mixture.
Add the strawberries and repeat these layers again.
Dust the top with cocoa powder and strawberries.
