Ingredients

  • Beef fillet 1 kg
  • Coriander 20 gm (fresh)
  • Ground red chilli 15 gm
  • Hot Spices 1 tbsp
  • Almonds & sesame 1/2 cup (paste)
  • Green masala 1/2 cup (blend coriander leaves, mint & green chillies)
  • Onion 2 large (chopped)
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Garlic,ginger paste 3 tbsp
  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl put green masala, almonds, sesame, salt; mix well with spoon.

  2. Then, put the fillets in mixture, marinate it for 1 hour.

  3. Heat oil and ghee in a pan, add onion and ground red chillies; fry it.

  4. Now add marinate beef fillet in it, mix well and cover with lid for 8-10 minutes.

  5. Add yougurt, ginger/garlic paste, hot spices and pinch of salt mix well.

  6. Cover and cook on low heat till they are tender.

  7. When it is done, garnish with the coriander leaves.

  8. Serve hot with naan/chapati or with rice.

  9. Note:Add little water, if water dries up quickly.
