Ingredients

  • Boneless Fish cubes ½ kg
  • Egg 1
  • Ajwain ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying

  1. Mix all above ingredients to make a smooth better.

  2. Dip fish pieces in this batter for 1 hour.

  3. Heat oil, deep fry fish till golden brown.
