Grind together mince and 2 onion. Add in ground chickpeas, salt and half the ground mixture to it.
Make small meatballs of the mixture and set aside.
Bring 500 ml water to a rolling boil and add grated onion to it.
Now add the rest of the ground mixture, salt to taste and meatballs. Cook on low flame.
When water dries, add oil and saute for a few minutes till oil starts to float.
Serve hot with raita and chapati.

Kausar, Its okay, let me clear you. Slice about five or six onions , in a big wide kadahi or pot, boil about three glasses of water add the onions , allow to cook till they are soft. Now make the koftay and add to the boiling onion and water , cook till the water evaporates add three spoons of oil and cook again stirring. Hope it is clear now, you can follow next steps as well.
