Ingredients

  • Flour 3 cup
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Cloves of garlic 4-5
  • Onions (cut finely) 2
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • coriander leaves

Cooking Directions

  1. Roast the atta and gram flour in a vessel till slightly brownish in colour.

  2. Then add the dry ingredients and finely cut garlic and onions according to taste.

  3. Add coriander and salt to taste.

  4. Bind with water to form a dough, then make like paranthas.
