Ingredients

  • Chicken breast (cut in pieces) 2
  • Hummus 1 cup
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Apply hummus and salt to the chicken pieces and place in a bowl to marinate for 3 hours.

  2. Pour olive oil on the chicken.

  3. Pre-heat the oven on 250 degree C.

  4. Brush olive oil on the oven grill.

  5. Put the chicken on the grill and place it inside the oven.

  6. When the chicken pieces turn golden brown from one side, flip them to the other side.

  7. After the second side also turns golden brown, take the chicken out of the oven.

  8. Squeeze lemon on the chicken and serve.

  9. The chicken can also be barbecued.

  10. In case of the absence of an oven, the chicken can also be cooked in a nonstick pan brushed with a little oil.
