Boil rice in salted water, sieve and set aside.
Season eggs with salt and pepper, make scrambled eggs and keep aside.
Season beef with salt and pepper and cook in a large wok till done.
Add all the vegetables in beef and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add the boiled rice, Worcestershire sauce, scrambled eggs, salt and pepper to taste and the remaining spices.
Cook over high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
The tasty Beef Fried Rice is ready.
Mix in shallots and serve.
Tips: To prevent rice grains from sticking together during cooking, add one spoon of vinegar or lemon juice just before you sieve the rice.
