  • Tomato 1 (chopped)
  • Carrot 2 large (chopped)
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Onion 2 large (chopped)
  • Scallions 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Cauliflower 1
  • Stalk celery 2 (chopped)
  • Water 12 pints
  • Black pepercorn 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 10-15 (chopped)
  • Thyme 8 sprigs fresh
  • Bay Laves 3
  • Salt 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In duch pot add onion, celery, carrot, scallions, garlic, oil and salt stir together.

  2. Cover and cook over low medium heat stir often, cook till vegetables tenders.

  3. Add water cauliflower, tomato thyme bay leave and peppercorn cover and cook for 1-1/2 hour on low heat.

  4. Strain the broth through strainer and use.
