Chicken Fajita

Mix all ingredients and put in chicken strips or cubes marinate for minimum 1 hour.

Apply all marinated chicken strips on seekh and grill on coal.

Cut tomato into two piece apply on seekh.

Cut onion and capsicum into 2 pieces apply on sekh as well.

All vegetables should be apply in seperate seekhs.

Grill all vegetables on coal brush oil whilst grilling.

Dont over cook vegetables.

Now cut vegatables in small pieces.

Take chapati put both cheese, grilled vegetables and chicken pieces and little cream now roll in roti and serve hot.
