Ingredients

  • Potatoes 4
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 3 medium
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Curry Leaves 6 to 8
  • Oil as required
  • Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilies 2 chopped

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok, Add the curry leaves and cumin cook till it crackles then add the garlic and sauté for a minute.

  2. Then add tomatoes and sauté for a few minutes.

  3. Add the turmeric and cook for a min then add the red chili powder and cook

  4. Now add the peas and cook for a few mins then add potatoes and season to taste with salt cook for a few minutes

  5. Lets add 1/2 cup and leave on simmer.

  6. Garnish with fresh coriander.
