Puff Fish is flaky, fish filled pastry. Infact this recipe's base is prepared by puff pastry. (which you can get easily from baking shops) Fish fillet is marinated and filled into puff pastry in fish shaped. Then its baked in oven for 20-25 mins.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry 8 oz
  • Fish fillet ½ kg
  • For Chatni:
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Mint 15 leaves
  • Green chilli 6
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Coconut ½ cup (desiccated)
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. For Chatni: Blend all together.

  2. Marinate fish with prepared chatni, roll puff pastry.

  3. Fill with fish fillet.

  4. Fold in fish shape. Brush with beaten egg.

  5. Bake in oven on 180C for 20 to 25 minutes.
