  • Egg whites 2
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Castor sugar 100 gm
  • Macaroons 100 gm
  • Dairy cream 250 gm
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Cherry for garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat together fresh cream and dairy cream till thickens.

  2. Now add castor sugar and vanilla essence.

  3. Separately beat egg whites with remaining castor sugar.

  4. Fold egg whites mixture in cream mixture.

  5. Add honey and macaroons.

  6. Pour the mixture in mold and freeze, garnish with cherries and serve chilled.
