Heat 3 tbsp oil, add whole cumin and sauté for few seconds.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry till it gets slightly golden.
Now add 2 cubed chicken breasts and slightly fry until color changed.
Add chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, all spice powder and salt, fry for 3–4 minutes.
Add chickpeas stir then put tamarind paste and chopped green chillies.
Add chicken stock, mix well then cover pan and let it cook.
Remove lid after 10 – 15 minutes.
Increase flame and dry water out.
Delicious Chicken Masala Chana is ready to serve hot with naan or chapati.
