Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice.
Place the them on a chopping board.
One by one, put the chopped lettuce leaves on them equally.
Now slice the grilled chicken, put ½ of the portion on two slice and sprinkle pinch of salt and pepper over them.
Put the second slice on top of first slice, place cucumber and tomato.
Cover with the third slice from top.
Cut off the bread edges and cut the sandwich in half.
Serve with french fries and coleslaw.
