Dijon mustard paste's preparation is so easy at home with simple ingredients. It's based on mustard powder and black pepper, vinegar, raisins paste etc also included. Enjoy with sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • Mustard powder 4 tbsp
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Raisins paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Garlic powder a pinch
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 pinch
  • White vinegar 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Add mustard powder, water, raisin paste, salt, turmeric, garlic powder, oil and black pepper powder in a pan and cook on low heat.

  2. Now you will see the bubbles rise in pan.

  3. Cook it 15 to 20 minutes.

  4. Now add white vinegar and mix well.

  5. Then cook on low heat until mixture thickens and boils.

  6. Then remove the mustard paste from stove and keep for cooling.

  7. Dijon mustard paste is ready.
