  • Chicken wings 500 gm
  • Ginger paste a small piece
  • Garlic paste 2 to 3 cloves
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Coriander ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Red chilli ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Chat masala ½ tsp
  • Ground tart ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Plain wheat flour 2 tsp
  • Ginger to garnish
  • Coriander to garnish
  • Mint to garnish
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine ginger paste, garlic paste, all spices and egg in a bowl.

  2. Pour them over wings.

  3. Coat chicken wings with corn flour and plain wheat flour.

  4. Roll it very well.

  5. Now fry it in hot oil.

  6. To serve, garnish it with ginger, coriander and mint.

  7. Tips:

  8. Egg sticks to the pan if it is fried in too hot oil. Put an egg in the pan just before heating oil.
