Star Nuggets (Star Shaped Chicken Nuggets)- are bite size pieces of breaded chicken mincemeat that are seasoned with a mouth-watering spices such as paprika powder, mustard powder. Star Nuggets tastes excellent very hot or warm and its a great picnic & party snacks and appetizers.

Ingredients

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Bread slices (chopped) 4
  • Blak pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Mutard powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • Egg (beaten) 1
  • Breadcrumbs as required

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl mix chicken mince with chopped bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic, mustard powder, paprika and vinegar, mix all ingredeints well.

  2. Now make nuggets in star shaped.

  3. Heat oil in a pan.

  4. Then dip nuggets one by one in beaten egg, coat well in breadcrumbs and then deep fry in frying pan, till they turn into cripsy golden. Star nuggets can be served with ketchup or any dip of your choice.
