Clean fish pieces thoroughly, whip egg and milk in a bowl.
Mix flour, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, red chilies, garlic powder and baking powder in a separate bowl.
Heat oil in a wok, coat fish pieces first with egg mixture and then flour.
Fry till golden and remove on absorbent paper.
