Ingredients

  • Dates 10 oz (pitted)
  • Cream 2 oz
  • Chocolate 4 oz
  • Almonds 2 oz (whole blanched)

Cooking Directions

  1. Gently heat cream and bring it to a gentle simmering point.

  2. Remove from heat, add chocolate and stir till it melts and blend properly.

  3. Let it cool and thicken.

  4. Put this mixture in a piping bag and pipe in the cavity of the pitted date.

  5. Top with a whole blanched almond.

  6. Refrigerate and serve.
