Ingredients

  • Green Chilies 8 (big)
  • Mint Leaves 1 bunch (finely chopped)
  • Coriander Leaves 1 bunch (finely chopped)
  • Egg 1
  • Chicken Cube 1
  • Gram flour (besan) 1 cup
  • Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
  • Yogurt 1 tsp
  • Button Red Chilies 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Cumin Seeds ½ tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Add gram flour, egg, salt, chicken cube and yogurt in a bowl.

  2. Mix well and pour some luke warm water and make a thick paste.

  3. Now grind coriander leaves, cumin seeds, crushed red chilies and mint leaves in a chopper.

  4. Add in salt and tamarind pulp. Mix well.

  5. Make a vertical stroke on each green chili with a knife and fill this ground green chutney in it.

  6. Dip these filled green chilies in the gram flour mixture and fry in hot oil.
