  • Green beans 1/2 kg
  • Red chilli crushed 1, 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic 10 cloves
  • Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Mustard oil 1/2 liter
  • Fenugreek seeds few
  • Green chilli 10
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut green beans in four pieces.

  2. Put red chilli, garlic, nigella seed, cumin, turmeric, green chilli, mustard seed and salt in green beans, mix well.

  3. Heat oil in a pan.

  4. Now put fenugreek seed and add in green beans mixture, cook it for 10 minutes.

  5. After cooking cool it down and preserve it in glass bottle.
