Ingredients

  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato 1 (chopped)
  • Green chilies 4
  • Garlic cloves 4 - 6
  • Black olives 10
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • White chickpeas ½ cup (boiled)
  • Red kidney beans ½ cup (boiled)
  • Black chick peas ½ cup (boiled)
  • White beans ½ cup (boiled)
  • White radish ½ cup (chopped)
  • Vinegar ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a saucepan warm vinegar and turn the flame off.

  2. Soak capsicum, garlic cloves, onion and green chilies in it and leave for 5 minutes.

  3. In a other bowl, mix together chopped tomato, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, boiled white beans, boiled white chickpeas, boiled red kidney beans, boiled black chickpeas, chopped white reddish and black olives properly.

  4. Add the pickled vegetables and serve.
