Ingredients

  • Almonds (blanched) 20
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Peppercorns 4
  • Green cardamoms 4
  • Milk 300 ml
  • Water 2 cup
  • Sugar to taste
  • Rose essence as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Grind all the dry ingredients very finely.

  2. Add a little milk to make a thin paste.

  3. Move in a vessel and add the milk and water.

  4. Now strain it through a thin muslin cloth. Chill.

  5. Serve very cold with a few very finely chopped blanched almonds on top.
