Ingredients

  • Beef undercut ½ kg
  • Egg whites 2
  • Lemons 4
  • Black pepper 1 tsp crushed
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Bihari kebab masala 3 tbsp
  • Oil to requirement
  • Spring roll stripes as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Hammer beef undercut and mix with juice of lemons, crushed black pepper, red chili flakes, ginger garlic paste, raw papaya paste, Bihari kebab masala and salt to taste and keep aside.

  2. In a pan, heat some oil and fry beef slices.

  3. Wrap beef slice with spring roll stripes and seal with egg white.

  4. In a wok, heat oil and fry meat rolls until they turn golden brown.

  5. Serve Meat Rolls with tomato ketchup.
