Ingredients

  • For Chicken Marinate:
  • Chicken cubes 250 gm
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tbsp
  • Onion powder 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder ¼ tbsp
  • Dry Parsley ¼ tbsp
  • Chicken powder ½ tsp
  • Paprika ¼ tbsp
  • Meat tenderizer ¼ tbsp
  • Hot Chili sauce (optional)
  • For Coating:
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • All purpose flour ½ cup
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • White Pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp or to taste
  • Paprika powder ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder ½ tsp
  • For Mixture:
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Bread Crumbs as required
  • For Rice:
  • Rice 300 gm
  • Star anise 1
  • Black pepper 3-4 (whole)
  • Clove 2
  • Yellow color a pinch
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Capsicum 4 tbsp (chopped)
  • Chicken ½ cup (boiled and shredded)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken powder ½ tbsp
  • Black pepper powder to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken cubes mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.

  2. Coat chicken cube in flour, then dip into egg mixture and roll it on bread crumbs.

  3. Now dip again into egg mixture and roll it on bread crumbs.

  4. Heat oil properly and deep fry all chicken cubes.

  5. For Rice: Soak rice for 10-15 minutes and boil with all whole spices and salt.

  6. Strain rice and divide into 2 portion.

  7. Add yellow color in one portion keep aside.

  8. Now in a pan heat oil add onion, capsicum and chicken saute it afterwards add boil rice, black pepper and chicken powder mix well.

  9. Serving: Dish out rice and put fried hotshot on it and sprinkle chili sauce.

  10. Serve hot and enjoy.

  11. Chef Tips: Fry in clarified butter rather cooking oil to make more crispy.

  12. For juicy chicken use leg piece or thigh rather breast because it becomes dry after frying.

  13. Heat oil properly and add chicken pieces and cover the lid turn the flame slow and let it cook just for 2 minutes.

  14. For frying, pan should be heavy.
