Boil paye separately in a pan until tender and enough stock remains.
In a clay pot put ginger, garlic mixed with water then add in ghee, mutton, chili, coriander, salt, turmeric, chopped onion and cover and cook till it's water dries.
Then saute the meat.
Add 3 cups of water, cover and cook on low flame till meat gets tender.
Then add paye and mix well.
Add flour paste while stirring.
Now add crushed black cumin.
Cook for a few minutes and remove.
Serve hot with chopped green chillies, lemon quarters naan.
