  • Bread fresh 12 slices
  • Butter for brushing 2 ounces
  • For filling:
  • Roasted keema 1 cup
  • Baked beans 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 3 (chopped)
  • Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Grated cheddar cheese ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Method for tartlets:Remove the crust from bread slices, roll each slice with a rolling pin.

  2. Press the roll size into a muffin tray, brush with melted butter, bake on 200 degree C for 10 minutes, remove and keep aside.

  3. Method for filling: Mix together bhuna howa(roasted) keema,capsicum,baked beans,coriander and green chillies.

  4. In each bread tartlet fill a little mixture, spread a dash of ketchup and chilli garlic sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

  5. Bake for another 5 minutes till cheese melts.

  6. Delicious bread tartlets is ready to serve.
