Ingredients

  • For Samak Harra:
  • Hamour 500 gm (sliced)
  • Lemon juice 100 ml
  • Corn oil 50 ml
  • Fresh coriander 50 gm (chopped)
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • Garlic 50 gm (crushed)
  • For Harra Sauce:
  • Tomato 2 (chopped)
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Capsicum 2 (chopped)
  • Green chili 6 (sliced)
  • Red chili to taste
  • Tomato paste 100 gm
  • Fresh coriander 20 gm (chopped)
  • Garlic 50 gm (crushed)

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate all together and bake or grill the fish for baking.

  2. Pre heat the oven at 160 C and bake for 10 - 12 minutes.

  3. For Harra Sauce:

  4. Slightly sauté the onions in a pan and add garlic in it.

  5. Then add capsicum gradually let the capsicum change the color.

  6. Then add tomato paste and mix well.

  7. In the end add tomatoes chopped and cook for a couple of minutes in the end add chopped fresh coriander.

  8. Ready to serve.
