Steak With Fried Mushrooms & Creamy Cheese Pasta

For Steak: Marinate chicken fillet with garlic, salt, lemon juice and black pepper, set aside for 1 hour.

Heat grill or steak pan, put oil.

Now put marinated chicken on it, grill it well then dish out.

For Fried Mushroom: Take another pan, put butter and saute garlic.

Now add mushrooms, italian herbs and fry for 2 minutes.

Add black pepper, salt and spring onions, fry for few minutes more then remove from heat.

For Sauce:Take a pan put butter and onion, saute it till light golden.

Now add cream and milk, mix well.

Add salt and cheddar cheese, stir constantly till turn into bit thick form.

Add crushed black pepper, mix well.

Now add boiled pasta, cook them about 5-7 minutes more.

For Assembling: In a wide platter put creamy pasta sauce.

Then put fried mushrooms over it.

Lastly add grilled chicken steak and serve immediately.
