  • Beans 250 gm
  • Fresh fenugreek 1 bunch
  • Peas ½ cup
  • Potato 2
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Sesame 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Coriander ¼ bunch
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a chopper machine chop onion, coriander powder, cumin powder, chili powder, sesame, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and ½ cup of water and make a paste and keep aside.

  2. In wok heat little water boil tomatoes, beans and potatoes and keep aside.

  3. In other wok heat oil and add onion paste and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

  4. After sautéing the onion add boiled beans, boiled tomatoes, boiled potatoes, fenugreek and peas and mix well.

  5. Add salt, coriander and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  6. Add lemon juice and mix on high flame and serve.
