Take oil in a pan and heat it for a while.
Add bay leaf, whole red pepper and cumin in it.
Fry them for a while.
Now add yogurt, salt and crushed red pepper in it.
Also add turmeric and pomegranate seeds in it.
Now cook them till the oil gets separated from the ingredients.
Now add green chillies, corriander and potatoes.
Mix them well and cook thoroughly.
Now add roasted cumin and roasted corriander.
Cover the lid and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with fresh corriander and serve.
