  • پھینٹی ہوئی کریم بارہ اونس (Cream 12 oz whipped)
  • پسی چینی تین اونس (Icing sugar 3 oz)
  • آم کا جوس دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچ (Mango juice 2 – 3 tbsp)
  • بادام آدھا کپ (Almonds ½ cup)
  • اسپنج کیک ایک (Sponge cake 1)
  • ﴾آم دو عدد ﴿کیوب کی شکل میںکاٹ لیں

  1. پہلے کریم اور پسی چینی کو مِلاکر (mix) اچھی طرح پھینٹ (whipped) لیں۔

  2. اب اسپنج کیک (sponge cake) پر آم کا جوس ڈالیں۔

  3. پھر اس پر تھوڑی سی کریم (cream) اور آم (mango) ڈال دیں۔

  4. اس کے بعد کریم (cream) کو اس کے سائیڈ اور اوپر پھیلا دیں۔

  5. آخر میں اس پر کریم، آم اور بادام سے گارنش (garnished) کرکے سرو (serve) کریں۔
