In a pan heat oil and knead garlic cloves with chicken.
When the chicken change the color, then add red curry paste, fish sauce, lemon leaves, black pepper, red chilies, mushrooms and salt, knead it for 4 – 5 minutes.
In the end add coconut milk with 1 cup water and fry till the mixture get thick.
When the mixture gets thick then dish out and garnished with chopped red chilies and basill leaves.
