For Teriyaki Sauce:
In a pan add Japanese soya sauce, white vinegar, orange juice, lemon juice, white pepper powder and salt, fry until the sauce get thick.
When the sauce gets thick then take off the flame.
Teriyaki sauce is ready.
For Teriyaki Fish:
Dip fish in prepared teriyaki sauce and placed it into pre-heated oven for 15 – 20 minutes on 200 degree centigrade.
During the process marinate the fish with sauce and brushed oil 2 minutes before fish gets cooked.
Now take out the fish and garnished lettuce leaves.
