  • Chicken 300 gm (boneless)
  • Salt as required
  • Lemon juice 1/3 cup
  • Red chili as required
  • Cumin 1 pinch
  • Ginger garlic paste as required
  • Yogurt 1/3 cup
  • Mace 1 pinch
  • Red color as required
  • Garlic mayo as required
  • Raita and salad for serving
  • For Parathas:
  • Plain flour 850 gm
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Water for kneading
  • Clarified butter as required

Cooking Directions

  1. For Parathas: Add salt and clarified butter in plain flour and mix well.

  2. Then knead the flour with water and leave it for a while.

  3. Then make small balls and then roll it and fry on griddle using clarified butter.

  4. For Chicken: Marinate chicken with salt, lemon juice, red chili, cumin, ginger garlic, yogurt, mace and red color.

  5. Bake in oven for 180 degree C until chicken pieces becomes tender.

  6. Now apply garlic mayo on parathas and then put chicken pieces and fold bread in roll form.

  7. Chicken roll is ready to serve with salad and raita.
