Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pot and add onions to it.
When onions become golden, add curry leaves, ginger and ginger/garlic paste.
Stir for a while and then add okra.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now add tomatoes, green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chat masala, red chilli powder, salt and hot spices powder. Stir well.
Add 1/4 glass of water and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
When okra becomes tender, take it out in a dish, squeeze lemon over it and serve.
