Melt two ounce butter and marinate chicken with butter, salt and black pepper.
Now fry or grill chicken pieces till cooked through.
Heat remaining butter in another pan.
Then saute flour in it.
Add in onion, mushrooms, chicken potato and sweetcorn.
Now gradually add milk while stirring.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Simmer on medium heat until mixture thickens slightly.
Serve hot with boiled pasta or a loaf of bread.
