This easy salad is made with combination of potato, carrot, beans, peas and tomato. Tahinah sauce is added to make it extra touch. A perfect salad for serving.

Ingredients

  • Carrot 150g
  • Potato 200g
  • Beans 100g
  • Peas 100g
  • Tomato 200g (cubed)
  • Parsley 100g (chopped)
  • Tahinah sauce 100g
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

Cooking Directions

  1. Peel carrot and potato; cut into cubes.

  2. Boil carrot, potato, beans and peas until soft. Drain the water and let them cool.

  3. Mix tahinah sauce, lemon juice and a little water.

  4. In a bowl add all boiled vegetables, tomato, parsely, tahinah sauce; season with salt and pepper.

  5. Toss gently, chill and serve.
