Ingredients

  • Potato 4 (boiled)
  • Carrot 1 (boiled)
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs ½ cup
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • White flour with chicken cube 1 tbsp
  • Egg whites 2
  • Oil as required
  • For Garlic Sauce:
  • Stock 2 cup
  • Garlic 4 cloves (chopped)
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili 4 (whole)
  • Green chilies 4 (chopped)
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seed Oil 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix potatoes and carrot and chop them.

  2. Chop peas in chopper.

  3. Now add rice flour, bread crumbs, corn flour, salt, black pepper and white flour with chicken cube.

  4. Mix it well.

  5. Make small balls out of it.

  6. Dip them in egg white and deep fry them when golden brown.

  7. For Garlic Sauce: Add stock, garlic, soya sauce, white vinegar, salt, red chilies and green chilies in a cooking pan.

  8. Separately, dissolve corn flour in some water and add that gradually in the stock.

  9. Stir it continuously till it thickens.

  10. Add in vegetable balls and sesame oil.

  11. Serve it hot.
