Its a shortbread type biscuits that is not too sweet, with the added flavour
of ground almonds. The dough is a bit crumbly, however it is still easy to
work with to roll and cut out. The egg white brushed on top and almonds
gives these biscuits a beautiful texture & taste.Try out, your kids will demand at their next party!
