Mutton Do Piaza

Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry 4 sliced onions, then remove and crush.

Heat 2 tbsp oil and add the ground spice.

Stir well till oil separates.

Crush the 4 onions left and add to the curry.

Cook till it is a rich brown in colour.

Then add the meat and pressure cook for 10-15 minutes.

The meat should get tender.

Then add beaten curd and cook again for 5 minutes.

Before serving, add crushed, fried onions and almonds.
