  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Knead flour, salt, oil and water together into a soft dough of medium consistency.

  2. Cover the dough and set aside for half an hour.

  3. Take some dough and make a small ball.

  4. Roll it onto medium size puri.

  5. Repeat this with the remaining dough.

  6. Heat oil and then deep fry till they puff up and turn golden brown in colour.
