Beef fillet either can be grilled or roasted as your requirement, with simple pepper sauce and potatoes lightly sauteed. Perfect blend of taste right at your kitchen . It can be served with other boiled vegetables of your choice.

Ingredients

  • Beef fillet 1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 2 tsp (crushed)
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Rose merry ¼ tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tsp
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • For Sauté Potatoes:
  • Potatoes 2 - 3
  • Onion 1
  • Cumin seeds ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Add garlic paste, Worchester sauce, crushed black pepper, mustard paste, rose merry, tomato ketchup, oil and salt to beef fillet.

  2. Mix all these ingredients well and marinate for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat a medium cooking pan, add marinated beef fillet and cook on medium flame.

  4. In a frying pan, melt butter, add crushed black pepper and fresh cream, cook for a few minutes and keep aside.

  5. Peel potatoes and cut into slices.

  6. In a frying pan, heat oil, add potato slices, cumin seeds, chopped onion and salt and black pepper and fry.

  7. Serve roasted beef with black pepper sauce and sautéed potatoes.
