Divide the chicken breast into two portions. Make a slit in the chicken to form a pocket.
In a bowl, put the chicken, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic, salt, oregano and paprika powder.
Mix all the ingredients nicely and marinate for 30 minutes.
Insert the cheese slices into the slits.
In a large pan, heat oil and place the chicken, cook for 10 minutes.
For sauce: In a bowl add the pineapple juice, tomato ketchup, vinegar, chili sauce,lemon juice, black pepper and salt.
Pour the mixture into a frying pan and cook for 2 minutes.
Then pour the sauce over the chicken and serve with pineapple chunks.
