  • Coriander seeds 2 1/2
  • Ginger (chopped) 4 tsp
  • Kadhai gravy
  • Kasoori methi (pinch)
  • Gram masala pd 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • For Gravy
  • Onion 1 small
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger / garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Dhania pd 1 1/2 tsp
  • Chili pd 2 tsp
  • Zeera pd 1 tsp
  • Pepper black 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 2
