Ingredients

  • Eggs 8
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • For Gravy:
  • Onion 9 (chopped)
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Dry coriander 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves and green chili for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Add eggs in a bowl and add all ingredients except oil. Beat well.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and make omelette.

  3. When both sides of omelette cooked then take it out from pan and make roll.

  4. Now cut roll in slices.

  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until it becomes brown.

  6. Now add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and all spices and fry well.

  7. Now add little water, when it cooked then add omelette slices.

  8. Take it out in serving dish and garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies.

  9. Sprinkle little all spice powder over omelette curry.

  10. Omelette curry is ready to serve.
